Established over 15 years ago, Dominus is a family-owned real estate developer, owner and operator specialising in student accommodation and hotels in Central London and key UK cities. We invest our own equity and maintain full control across development, planning and operations, enabling us to deliver projects that create lasting value for investors, local authorities and communities.

Through Dominus Hospitality, our in-house hotel platform, and our forthcoming student living platform, we operate and manage assets we develop, ensuring alignment between vision and performance.
