To date we have delivered thirteen hotels, including The Dixon and Lost Property in London, and Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford, creating over 2,500 rooms across more than 1.5 million sq ft of floor space.
Student
We have six student living schemes in our pipeline, with more than 3,700 beds across over 1.6 million sq ft. This includes our Holborn Viaduct and 65 Crutched Friars schemes in the City of London, with 669 and 782 rooms respectively, and a combined GDV of almost £800m.
