Preet is in charge of everything real estate from setting out the group strategy to seeking out new opportunities to negotiating and managing sales strategies for existing sites.
Jay leads on corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and brand strategy, including building
and maintaining relationships with communities, councils, suppliers, and partners.
Husnell is at the heart of all our residential activity; acquiring sites, overseeing construction and managing the sale or rental strategies for the completed existing sites.
Lee takes ownership of relationships with key stakeholders, executes transactions, coordinates teams, and keeps our developments on time, on track, and on budget by drawing on years of commercial, legal, and development experience.
Sahil has responsibility for the origination, structuring, and execution of hotel, PBSA and BTR opportunities. Prior to this, Sahil spent several years in Real Estate Private Equity deploying capital on a discretionary basis for pension funds/insurers and family offices.
Matt heads up the hotel vertical of the business, overseeing operations across new and existing hotels. With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, much of which was with Westmont Hospitality, he has a strong background in refurbishing, rebranding, and repositioning hotels.
Martin was the former Chairman and CEO of CBRE’s Advisory business in APAC and EMEA. He brings a wealth of experience in the global investment and development market.
Martin oversees hotel investment strategy and relationships with third-party party capital partners. He has over 25 years of experience in the hotel industry. His expertise includes buying and selling assets, branding strategy, organizational restructurings and asset management.
Ian oversees planning across all assets, working closely with local authorities and key stakeholders to create bespoke strategies that ensure our schemes always run in line with the approved plans and timeframes.
Will manages risk, program, and contractor relationships across the development portfolio, from acquisition through construction. His experience on both the consultant and client sides provides him with valuable insights into the key drivers of project success.
Andrew oversees all financial operations of the business and is responsible for financial management, financial control, compliance. He works with all areas of the business to manage the budgets on our development projects and maximising cashflows on our operational projects.
Jacquelane oversees commercial performance across our hotels, including the management of sales platforms, new openings, branding, and positioning. She has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working in global multi-brand franchises for owners and investors, including Klarent Hospitality and Splendid Hotel Group.
Krisztina heads Human Resources for our hospitality vertical, delivering a progressive people agenda that fosters a positive work culture and upholds our core company values. With over 16 years of experience in the industry, she has worked for Park Plaza Hotels, The O2, Intercontinental London, and Marriott International.
