Since 2011, Dominus has developed hotels across the UK, with a concentration in Central London and key regional cities including Manchester, Oxford and Bath. Our strategy focuses on transforming underutilised sites into sustainable, market-leading hotels that create long-term value for investors, partners and the communities in which we operate.

We retain ownership of several properties, all managed through our in-house platform, Dominus Hospitality. The portfolio includes The Dixon in Tower Bridge, Lost Property near St Paul’s, Courtyard by Marriott in Oxford, and Hampton by Hilton hotels in Bath and London City, alongside the soon-to-open The Derby London City. Through long-standing partnerships with major global brands such as Hilton and Marriott, we tailor each hotel’s offer to its local market, ensuring the right balance of brand identity, guest experience and performance.

Dominus is redefining student living, beginning in the City of London with a series of purpose-built developments that combine high-quality design, professional management and a genuine sense of community. Our new student living platform will set a benchmark for the sector, offering spaces that meet the needs of a new generation of learners while building stronger partnerships with leading universities across London.
Each of our developments will include cultural or community spaces delivered in collaboration with local charities and foundations. These partnerships ensure that our schemes contribute to the wider life of the city, from affordable creative workspace with the Creative Land Trust at Holborn Viaduct to the UK’s first permanent home for the Migration Museum at Crutched Friars.
With 35% of rooms provided at capped rents in line with the Mayor of London’s guidance, our platform will be inclusive of students from all backgrounds. As we expand, Dominus will become one of London’s largest providers of accessible, high-quality student housing, setting a new standard for comfort, design and social purpose within the PBSA sector.
