Preet is in charge of everything real estate from setting out the group strategy to seeking out new opportunities to negotiating and managing sales strategies for existing sites.
Jay leads on corporate partnerships, stakeholder engagement, and brand strategy, including building
and maintaining relationships with communities, councils, suppliers, and partners.
Husnell is at the heart of all our residential activity; acquiring sites, overseeing construction and managing the sale or rental strategies for the completed existing sites.
Lee oversees Dominus’ development, legal, planning, projects, and commercial functions. Joining Dominus in 2011, Lee has been with the company since it was founded. A qualified solicitor, he was previously Dominus’ Legal and Commercial Manager, responsible for managing negotiations, reviewing legal structures, and managing compliance with policy and legislation. Prior to that, Lee was in the Legal Team at Euro Car Parts, the UK’s largest car parts distributor. Lee is also a dedicated member of the Dominus board.
Andrew leads Dominus’ finance division and is responsible for equity and debt financing, risk management, and the development of strategic, long-term partnerships with institutional investors. With more than 20 years’ experience in leading financing and investment strategies across a range of sectors, he previously held senior positions at global investment manager Schroders and at Sellar, the developers of The Shard. Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor and holds an MA from the University of Cambridge.
Sahil has responsibility for the origination, structuring, and execution of hotel, PBSA and BTR opportunities. Prior to this, Sahil spent several years in Real Estate Private Equity deploying capital on a discretionary basis for pension funds/insurers and family offices.
Matt leads Dominus Hospitality and is responsible for overseeing the operations in the existing portfolio whilst working closely with the development team to integrate new assets. With more than two decades of hotel management and operations as well as a strong background in refurbishing and rebranding hotels, he previous held number of positions at Westmont Hospitality Group and Milennium Hotels and Resorts.
Anupriya leads Dominus’ development team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex real estate projects from feasibility through to completion. A Chartered Architect with over 16 years’ experience across multiple sectors and geographies, she combines design leadership, commercial insight, and collaborative, values-led development. Anupriya holds an MBA and a Master’s in Real Estate Development and Investment.
Ian leads Dominus’ planning team and is responsible for working closely with local authorities and key stakeholders to create bespoke strategies that optimise development opportunities and support the delivery of our overall project programmes. With 20 years’ experience in mixed-use, hospitality, PBSA, residential and co-living development planning across London and beyond, he previously held positions at Barton Willmore and Turley. He is a Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Will leads Dominus’ projects team and is responsible for overseeing risk, program, and contractor relationships across the development portfolio, from acquisition through construction. Specialising in hotels, Will has more than 13 years’ experience in construction and project management, he previously held positions at Elmsbrook and TowerEight.
Tom leads Dominus’ commercial team and is responsible for cost planning, tendering and procurement, contract negotiation and post-contract management across the development portfolio, from pre-acquisition through construction. With more than 11 years’ experience in commercial and project management, he previously held a number of positions at Gardiner & Theobald. Tom is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Andrew oversees Dominus’ financial operations and is responsible for financial management, control, and compliance across the business including development project budgets and maximising cashflows for operational assets. With more than a decade of financial management experience, he most recently held a position with a Chinese-backed Hotel Investor. Andrew is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales.
Pearl oversees Dominus’ legal team and is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for formulating legal strategy and advsiing Dominus on various real estate transacions with specific focus on corporate wrapped real estate acquisitions, JV transactions, real estate finance and other development and construction constriants. With more than 14 years’ experience in legal strategy and advising, Pearl previously held positions at Clivedale in London and Bharucha & Partners in Mumbai.
Jacquelane oversees commercial performance across our hotels, including the management of sales platforms, new openings, branding, and positioning.With more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, she previously held positions at Klarent Hospitality, Splendid Hospitality Group, and Amaris Hospitality Group.
Michael leads Dominus Hospitality’s financial operations and is responsible for all aspects of Hotel finance & procurement. With almost two decades of accounting experience, nine years of which focussed on hotels, he previously held positions at Arora Group, Valor Hospitality, and The Ascott.
Sarah oversees operations for Dominus’ PBSA platform and is responsible for driving the operational performance and ongoing development of the studnet living platform. With more than a decade of student living expertise, she previously held positions at iQ Student Accomodation, Brunel University London, and Unite Students.
Mike leads technology and innovation initiatives across Dominus, with a particular focus on the Group’s Purpose-Built Student Accommodation platform and future-ready digital infrastructure. He is responsible for shaping the technology strategy, driving innovation, and delivering integrated systems that enhance both operational performance and customer experience. With more than 15 years’ experience across creative, digital, and technology industries, he previously held roles at Quintain and Dyson.
Maria oversees Dominus Hospitality’s Revenue Management and is responsible for pricing, distribution and overall commercial strategy. With almost two decades of working in hotels and 11 years’ of revenue-specific experience, she previously held positions at Westmost Hospitality Group, GLH Hotels, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide.
Marc leads Dominus Hospitality’s marketing across the platform and operational hotels, responsible for digital strategy, brand development, and driving marketing performance. He also serves as the group lead for Dominus’ charity partnership with Springboard. With more than two decades of marketing experience specialising in hospitality, Marc has previously held senior positions at Clermont Hotel Group and Splendid Hospitality Group.
Krisztina leads Dominus Hospitality’s human resources and is responsible for delivering a progressive people agenda, fosters positive work culture and upholds our Company values. With almost two decades of experience in hotel operations including talent, people, and culture, she previously held positions at Park Plaza Hotels, InterContinental London – The O2 and Marriott International.
David is currently overseeing the delivery of three high-profile hotel projects, The Derby in the City of London, and two located within the Nine Elms Regeneration area. David has more than fifteen years of development and project management experience, having previously held positions at developers Alumno and Pocket Living. David is a chartered architect and holds a Master of Architecture qualification.
Olivia oversees the delivery of two PBSA projects, 65 Holborn Viaduct and Stratford High Street. She is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, currently leading the submission of Gateway 2 for our Stratford High Street scheme and driving the delivery on site at Holborn to overcome complex project constraints. With fifteen years of construction, project and development management experience, Olivia previously held positions at London Land Group, St Modwen, and Mace.
Zoe is responsible for the delivery of two major PBSA developments at 65 Fleet Street and 65 Crutched Friars, overseeing planning and execution through to completion. She has been working in the development sector more than 10 years and brings experience delivering large-scale student accommodation schemes. Prior to joining Dominus, Zoe played a key role in developing over 4,000 PBSA beds at iQ Student Accommodation and EREC Estates.
Ben works in Dominus’ development team and is responsible for the delivery of multiple key projects including our Oxford Hotel, Nine Elms Hotel and two high-end residential projects. With almost 20 years’ experience in development and architecture, he previously held positions at Edgley Design and Wilkinson Eyre Architects. Ben is also a Chartered Architect.
Rajinder works in Dominus’ development team and is responsible for the delivery of 123 Judd Street and Bristol New Henry Yard. With more than 10 years’ experience in project management and architecture, he previously held positions at Future54, Gardiner & Theobald, and Pollard Thomas Edwards. Rajinder is also a fully qualified architect and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Craig works in Dominus’ planning team and helps provide planning advice to the business about new sites, and helps oversee the planning elements of various projects, including 65 Fleet Street and Nine Elms. He was previously a planning consultant at Turley and at Pegasus Group before joining Dominus. Craig is a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Ed works in Dominus’ planning team and provides planning advice to the business on new sites, and oversees the planning elements of various projects, including Stratford High Street, New Henry Yard, 65 Holborn Viaduct and 65 Crutched Friars. With more than 12 years’ experience in planning, he previously held positions at DP9 and Deloitte Real Estate. Ed is also a member of the Royal Town Planning Institute.
Rikesh is a Senior Finance Manager at Dominus, working across the group’s development portfolio. With more than 14 years’ experience in real estate finance and tax advisory, he previously worked at FTI Consulting and Mazars. Rikesh is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants for England and Wales.
Will leads Dominus’ communications and marketing initiatives, and is responsible for corporate communications, brand strategy, and external engagement. With eight years’ experience in real estate, strategic communications, reputation management, and media relations, he previously held positions at the Green Finance Institute and Montfort Communications.
Peter works in Dominus’ investment team and is responsible for underwiting new opportunities, acquisitions and financing across hotels and PBSA. With almost 10 years’ experience n investment analysis and management, he previously held positions at Axis Retail Partners and Long Harbour. Peter is also a CFA charterholder.
Nick works in Dominus’ investment team and is responsible for underwriting new opportunities, acquisitions, disposals and financing across the hotel and PBSA sectors. With more than five years of investment analysis experience, he previously held roles at Savills Capital Advisors and AHV Associates.
Thor works in Dominus’ investment team and is responsible for acquisitions and divestments of real estate assets. With more than 4 years’ experience across Real Estate Investment banking and private equity, he previously held positions at Northstar Real Estate and Pareto Securities.
Timesh works in Dominus’ investment team and is responsible for opportunities in the co-living sector. With eight years’ experience in investment analysis he previously held positions at Savills, Mitheridge Capital Management, and Telford Homes.
Sandeep workins in Dominus’ projects team. With more than 10 years’ experience in project monitoring and engineering, he previously held positions at Ircon International and Tata Projects.
Sandra works in Dominus’ legal team and is responsible for advising on real estate, construction and commercial matters to the group’s investment, development and operational activities. With more than ten years’ of legal expertise, she previously held positions at XP Factory PLC, Flip Out UK, and Jones Day.
Ollie works in Dominus’ commercial team and is responsible for cost planning, procurement and tender processes, contract negotiation, and post-contract management for multiple projects within the development portfolio, covering all stages from pre-acquisition to construction. With three years’ experience in quantity surveying, he previously held a position at CPC Project Services.
Nate assists Dominus’ development team, working to deliver two PBSA projects at 65 Fleet Street and 65 Cutched Friars. He is responsible for managing end to end delivery of the projects. With more than five years’ experience in roject management, Nate previously held positions at Iesis Group and R&F Properties. Nate’s qualification include MRICS.
Monita assists Dominus’ development team, supporting the delivery of the Derby London City project at Great Tower Street and Ibex House. Having started her career at Hampton by Hilton, London City, which is operated by Dominus Hospitality, she brings valuable hospitality experience, strong organisational skills, and a professional approach to development management.
Larissa supports the financial operations of Dominus Hospitality, overseeing accounts payable and treasury functions. She brings experience in finance and hotel operations from her previous role at The Doyle Collection.
Prim assists Dominus Hospitality’s commercial team as a Sales and Marketing Executive, working closely with each of the sales manager within the hotel portfolio. Prim started in July 2025 as a placement year student, striving to learn and understand sales and marketing in real world contexts.
Niamh assist in Dominus’ day-to-day office operations and admin. She is responsible for overseeing our first floor reception.
Tony is the General Manager of Dominus Hospitality’s operational hotel, The Dixon Tower Bridge. With three decades of hospitality experience, he previously held senior positions at Valor Hospitality Partners and Marriott.
Catrinel is the General Manager of Dominus Hospitality’s operational hotel, Lost Property St Paul’s, Curio Collection by Hilton. With more than 14 years’ experience in hospitality, she previosuly held a number of previous positions at Hilton.
William is the General Manager of Dominus Hospitality’s operational hotel, The Derby. With more than a decade of hospitality experience, he previously held positions at The Westminster London, Doubletree by Hilton, and The Trafalgar St. James.
Angela is the General Manager of Dominus Hospitality’s operational hotel, Hampton by Hilton, Bath. With more than wo decades of hospitality experience, she previosuly held other positions at Hilton and Marriottt International.
Kaushik is the cluster General manager of two Dominus Hospitality operational hotels, Hampton by Hilton, London City and Courtyard by Marriott Oxford City Centre. With more than 25 years’ of hospitality experience, he previously held positions at Marriott International, Crowne Plaza, and Taj Hotels.
