Our plans for Stratford High Street will deliver 692 student rooms, with 35% designated at affordable rates, helping meet the demand for high-quality accommodation in East London. Designed by Metropolitan Workshop, the scheme also enhances the local area with public realm improvements, including the revival of the Channelsea River.

At street level, a new community pub will be created to support cultural programmes and workshops in partnership with local artists, adding vibrancy to the high street. Located within walking distance of several universities, the development prioritises student wellbeing through social spaces and sustainable design, targeting BREEAM Excellent.
