Nine Elms, London

At Nine Elms, we secured planning for two hotel buildings of 11–15 storeys, designed with Squire and Partners. Positioned next to the US Embassy and near Battersea Park, the scheme offers accommodation for both business and leisure visitors.

Beyond the hotels, the development prioritises public benefit. A Green Link runs through the site, creating new outdoor space with tree-lined walkways, lawns, and seating. At ground level, a public café adds to the local offer, while a top-floor restaurant provides views across London.

Before construction began, we worked with Matt’s Gallery and the Nine Elms Arts Ministry to activate the site, hosting exhibitions and community art initiatives.
