Delivering West London’s largest Premier Inn on Talgarth Road, designed by internationally renowned architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners. The 400-room hotel forms part of a major mixed-use development that also includes new student accommodation, regenerating a prominent site in Hammersmith. Developed in partnership with Whitbread, the scheme reflects Dominus’s long-term relationship with the operator and its focus on sustainable, well-located hotels that enhance the local area.

The design incorporates a distinctive architectural form that complements the neighbouring student building while activating the street frontage. Once complete, the hotel will provide a high-quality visitor destination that strengthens Hammersmith’s hospitality offer, creating jobs, supporting local businesses, and contributing to the area’s growing role as a key gateway between central and west London.
